شرح موقعیت شغلی

Wallex is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Legal Specialist (Contracts) with solid knowledge of regulations in the technology, financial services, and crypto-asset domains. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, monitoring regulatory developments, and providing legal guidance to cross-functional teams.

You will also contribute to designing contractual frameworks, preparing contracts aligned with new business initiatives, conducting comprehensive contract risk assessments, and recommending suitable contractual templates. A solution-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail will be essential throughout the review and negotiation process.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and finalize a wide range of contracts (including cooperation agreements, service contracts, NDAs, SLAs, contractor agreements, etc.) in line with company standards.
  • Lead and support legal negotiations with counterparties to ensure fair, defensible, and balanced terms.
  • Continuously monitor and interpret updated laws and regulations in relevant domains (fintech, crypto assets, e-commerce, data-driven services, data protection, and more).
  • Identify contractual risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of internal legal procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
  • Strong command of regulations governing online businesses and financial/fintech activities (including e-commerce regulations, crypto-related rules, Central Bank regulations, intellectual property laws, etc.).
  • Proven experience in drafting and editing specialized contracts.
  • Strong skills in legal negotiation and contract clause analysis.
  • Familiarity with fintech, crypto, and financial products (a plus).
  • High analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple files simultaneously
