شرح موقعیت شغلی

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who is deeply analytical, operationally sharp, and capable of translating complex trading & supply workflows into scalable digital products.

This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, finance, and compliance, driving digital transformation in the gold-trading value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for Wallgold’s platforms (provider dashboards, settlement systems, pricing engines, liquidity tools, etc.).
  • Identify market opportunities to strengthen relationships with providers and institutional partners.
  • Ensure alignment of product strategy with operation, finance, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop expert-level understanding of gold trading processes, provider interactions, operational flows, settlement mechanisms, and risk constraints.
  • Map end-to-end journeys for providers (onboarding → pricing → trade execution → settlement → reconciliation).
  • Translate operational and financial needs into clear requirements, user stories, and product specs.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Trading, Finance, Risk, and Engineering teams to validate requirements.
  • Work with engineering teams to deliver new features, improvements, and tools.
  • Lead sprint planning, prioritisation, backlog management, and cross-team coordination.
  • Ensure successful launches and monitor product adoption and operational impact.
  • Analyse data related to trades, provider performance, pricing, settlement times, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Create dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to measure product performance.
  • Run experiments (A/B tests, process optimisations, feature testing) to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Act as the product point of contact for external providers and internal B2B stakeholders.
  • Gather continuous feedback and incorporate it into product improvements.
  • Support onboarding of new providers and integration of their financial/operational systems.
  • Ensure product flows comply with regulatory and AML/financial guidelines.
  • Work closely with Risk and Finance to minimise settlement errors, operational risks, and fraud opportunities.
  • Enhance system reliability for high-volume, real-time gold trades.
Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, trading, B2B SaaS, marketplace, or operational-heavy products.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, process optimisation, and financial/operational systems.
  • Ability to translate complex operational requirements into simple product solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, data analysis, and metric-driven decision making.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate high-pressure, high-stakes environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Persian.
