About the Role: We are looking for a tech-savvy and driven Junior Project Manager with experience in the Financial Business sector (Fintech, Banking, Investment). You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, optimizing workflows and ensuring data-driven decision-making. If you are familiar with methodologies and have a knack for processes, we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution: Assist in managing the full project lifecycle.
Operational Optimization: Analyze and streamline internal workflows to enhance efficiency across business and financial teams.
Data-Driven Insights: Perform data analysis to track KPIs and operational metrics (beyond basic reporting).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units (Finance/Ops).
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and process mapping

Requirements:

Industry Background: Previous experience in Financial Businesses (Fintech, Payment Services, or Banking) is essential.
Data Skills: Advanced analytical skills; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira (creating workflows, backlogs) and Confluence or similar tools.
Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
