شرح موقعیت شغلی

With a vision to become a leading global FinTech enterprise, Wallex is recognized as one of the largest cryptocurrency exchange platforms in Iran, supporting the online trading of over 130 cryptocurrencies.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, solution-driven, and compliance-focused Contracts Supervisor to oversee daily contract operations and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all contractual activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to identify issues, propose practical solutions, and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Contracts team and ensure timely completion of all requests.
  • Review, draft, and validate contracts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify contractual, operational, and compliance-related issues and proactively recommend practical solutions.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Track contract progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion and execution.
  • Coordinate effectively with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Product, Sales, and other departments to resolve contractual matters.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal requests and provide contractual guidance to business teams.
  • Monitor contract quality, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and internal control activities.
  • Escalate complex contractual or compliance risks when necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and documentation standards.
