شرح موقعیت شغلی


Responsibilities

  • Register and issue accounting documents.
  • Responsible for routine accounting tasks
  • Document financial transactions
  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
  • Prepare documents for insurance auditors.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Register quarterly reports and added values tax.
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Monitor accounts status, make discrepancies as needed, and make necessary correction and adjustments.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

    Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Hands-on experience with Hamkaran System Software
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
