شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel with a focus on contracts drafting to join our legal team. As a contracts manager, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts for the company. Your main objective will be to ensure that all contracts are carefully drafted, meet company standards, and are aligned with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for providing legal advice to the business on general and specific legal issues as they may arise.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft agreements and other legal documents.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to review and finalize contracts.
  • Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (external counsel, public authorities, contracting parties, etc.)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify contractual risks and provide customized solutions.
  • Conduct legal research on various business issues and provide guidance.
  • Develop and maintain contracts templates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legal environments, especially in the e-commerce sector.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all contracts and related documents.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal counsel in a corporate or law firm setting (preferably within the startup eco-system, but not required)
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and negotiation principles
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in law
  • Proficiency in English (at least upper-intermediate level)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
  • Bar license (not required, but certainly a plus)
