We at Wallex are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to design and implement innovative and effective strategies aimed at growing and enhancing our brand presence across social media platforms. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams and proficiency in social media analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective social media strategies focused on increasing engagement and brand awareness.
Manage, oversee, and update social media profiles across various platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, Telegram and LinkedIn.
Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and assess them for optimization and improvement.
Create creative and targeted content that aligns with our brand guidelines
Foster effective communication and interaction with the online community, building strong relationships with our audience.
Collaborate with marketing, content production, and design teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and changes in the social media landscape and apply new strategies accordingly.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in senior social media roles or social media management.
Expertise in using professional social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
Outstanding ability to devise and execute creative content strategies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
