شرح موقعیت شغلی

 We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI-driven solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and other cutting-edge technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to build scalable AI products that drive real-world impact.
Your primary focus will be on optimizing AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency. You will utilize your expertise in Python and AI infrastructure to create efficient and effective AI applications. Additionally, you will ensure security, compliance, and ethical AI practices throughout the development process.

Responsibilities:

●    Design, develop, and optimize applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, etc.)

●    Utilize LangChain for AI application development and orchestration

●    Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques

●    Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency

●   Integrate AI models into backend systems and APIs

●   Ensure security, compliance, and ethical AI practices in development

●    Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design AI-driven solutions

●   Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML and propose new approaches and tools

Requirements
  Must-Have:

●    Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.)

●     Hands-on experience with LLMs and LangChai

●    Experience deploying AI models using FastAPI and Socket.IO integration

●    Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) for RAG applications

●    Experience with fine-tuning and adapting pre-trained models

●   Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Better to Have:

●    Knowledge about large-scale backend architecture and clean code principles

●    Experience with Elasticsearch

●    Experience with Text-to-Speech (TTS) models or Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)

●    Good statistical understanding of LLM optimization techniques

●    Familiarity with streaming AI applications and real-time inferenc

●    Experience with multi-modal AI models (image+text, video+text, etc.)

●   Understanding of MLOps best practices for scalable AI deployment
