We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our team in developing our cryptocurrency exchange product. The ideal candidate will possess a fervent interest in the crypto market, an acute ability to identify customer pain points, and the creativity to devise and experiment with complex solutions in a fast-paced setting. As a catalyst for transformation, you will play an important role in propelling our growth and ensuring that our product not only meets but also surpasses the ever-changing demands of our users.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and advance product development in a complex and rapidly evolving domain.
Demonstrate proficiency with product management tools and agile software development methodologies.
Excel in a growth-centric environment, adapting to changes with agility while maintaining alignment between the team and stakeholders with the product vision.
Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, simplifying intricate problems into actionable steps for execution.
You’ll constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in beta’s and after full release.
You’ll scope these solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as you can.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve roadmap milestones, ensuring that timelines are met and the final product is congruent with company objectives and customer expectations.
Facilitate transparent and clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure product development and strategy are well-understood.
Employ robust analytical skills to interpret data-driven insights and incorporate them into product strategy.

Desirable Skills:

In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency exchange market.
Proficient in growth hacking techniques and their application to product strategies.
Deep understanding of the digital product development and production cycle.

Requirements:

Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical abilities, with a knack for articulating design rationales and processes succinctly.
1-3 years of experience in product management.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
