شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Innovation Designer to contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative products and services. In this role, you will play a key role in strengthening product ecosystems, kick-starting new businesses, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the highest level of user value and usability. In this role, you'll assess market attractiveness, provide business analysis, and deliver impactful communications to drive strategic decision-making. Leveraging your experience in tech-enabled transformations and the startup ecosystem, you'll help frame, design, and execute solutions for challenging business problems. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver with an awareness and interest of current solution and business model trends in the Crypto market as well as wider tech startups.

Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine value propositions tailored to target customers.
Contribute to defining product roadmaps, MVP functionality, and gathering user feedback through concept sprints and agile methodologies.
Develop user personas and user journeys to create user empathy and understanding within the team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements :

At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Proven track record and portfolio in building a new digital business, business unit, or products.
Innovation & new business development experience is preferred.
Prior involvement in startup businesses is preferred.
Expertise or prior experience in the Blockchain or the cryptocurrency industry is considered a bonus.
Prior experience in the fintech industry is a bonus.
Professional working proficiency (Strictly Required)
Strong knowledge of venture creation
Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of the business model design.
Strong research and benchmarking skills.
Professional presenting skills
Financial knowledge (especially investment finance or capital economy) is preferred
Proficiency in at least one programming language is preferred.
Product design skills are a plus.
