شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a skilled legal counsel with a focus on litigation and corporate affairs to join our legal team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible to attend courts and other regulatory bodies to defend the company and file lawsuits when necessary, as well as to file all minutes with the registration bureau. Additionally, you will also be responsible for providing legal advice to the business on general and specific legal issues as they may arise. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Filing lawsuits with competent courts and authorities relating to cyber-crime, IP violations, civil cases, etc.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements, especially in the e-commerce and cyber-crime sector 
  • Filing board and general meetings’ minutes and other required corporate documents and following up on all registration affairs of the company 
  • In-depth knowledge of criminal, civil, and employment laws and regulations 
  • Preparing and revising memoranda as required
  • Ensuring proper documentation is always in place, and archiving all assigned cases’ materials and related correspondence
Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a bar-licensed attorney at law (preferably in a corporate or law firm setting within the startup eco-system or financial industry)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in law
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
  • Bar license 
  • This is a full-time position
