Description

Wallex is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Team Lead to join our HR department. As the Organizational Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategies and initiatives that promote the development and growth of our organization. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance employee performance, and drive organizational effectiveness.

In this role, you will lead a team of organizational development professionals and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute programs related to talent management, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and change management.

Requirements

Strategic Partnership and Communication: The role places emphasis on collaborating with various departments to ensure effective communication of HR strategies and alignment with the company's goals.
Leadership and Succession Planning: This entails identification of potential future leaders and their preparation through targeted development efforts, which is an integral part of organizational development.
Training and Development: Managing and implementing training programs plays a vital role in supporting employee growth and enhancing skills throughout the organization.
Employee Relations Management: Addressing and resolving conflicts and grievances is paramount in maintaining a productive workplace environment.
Employee Grading System: Implementing and managing a grading system is a well-fitting component of the organizational development framework, facilitating structured positions and growth pathways within the company.
