Mission:
As an Senior People Experience Expert , you need to understand the manager/employee relationship and how to create a culture of trust within the organisation. Senior People Experience Expert can transform the way people feel about their work right from the start of their employment journey, at the point of onboarding; it's in their gift to reposition the organisation into a culture of trust through active listening and action. This, in turn, is likely to drive productivity, improve products and services, innovate, aid retention, and create a great employer brand to attract new talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understands Tools and approaches to drive employee engagement.
- Understands Tools and approaches to drive employee engagement.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and support on HR-related topics.
- Organize and manage company-wide events, team-building activities, and workshops aimed at promoting employee well-being.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback to continually refine and improve engagement plans.
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in HR and employee experience, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Organize and manage company-wide events, team-building activities, and workshops aimed at promoting employee well-being.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback to continually refine and improve engagement plans.
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in HR and employee experience, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Understands how the relationship a worker has with their manager can positively or negatively impact engagement and how to assess management practices and behaviors and their impact on the worker experience.
- Understands how to assess the impact of people's policies on the worker experience.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR, employee engagement, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with employees at all levels.
- Creative thinker with good problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Empathy and a deep understanding of diverse employee needs and perspectives.
