Using behavioral science to design and deliver change, focusing on culture, values, capability, behaviors, relationships and ways of working.
Responsibilities:
● Understands different operating models, structures and processes, and their benefits and risks.
● Carrying out capability assessments across the organization.
● Designing blended learning solutions for example, digital, face to face, social collaborative learning, coaching, action learning sets, and so on.
● Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs and working with external partners where relevant.
● Driving a culture of continuing professional development (CPD).
● Creating a coaching culture in the organization.
● Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
● Understands core theories that shape organization design development practices (e.g. systems, action research, appreciative inquiry and complexity).
● Understands evidence and data that can be collected and analyzed to inform organization development.
● Understands the importance of self-awareness, self- management and social intelligence within Talent Development.
Qualifications:
● Good knowledge of organizational behavior, adult learning theories, and talent development strategies.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization.
