شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist/Analyst to join our team in developing an innovative product for asset and wealth management. As a Data Scientist/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, developing algorithms, and providing insights, including sentiment, technical and fundamental analysis to enhance our users' asset management strategies. You will work closely with our development team to design and implement data-driven solutions that optimize wealth management within the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement predictive models and algorithms to understand and forecast trends in the cryptocurrency market.
  • Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to extract insights from unstructured text data, such as news articles and white papers, with a particular focus on sentiment analysis.
  • Perform quantitative analysis to inform investment strategies, risk management, and guide the data-driven decision-making process.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to operationalize models and optimize their performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in data science, quantitative finance, and the cryptocurrency market.
Requirements:

  • MS or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Quantitative Finance).
  • Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
  • Significant experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), with expertise in sentiment analysis and related libraries.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
  • Experience in quantitative analysis, ideally within financial markets or cryptocurrency.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have:

  • Experience with data engineering tasks and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, or similar).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and key concepts in the crypto market.
  • Experience with creating automated trading algorithms.
