Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled candidate to fill the position of Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer is the person in charge of managing a company's relationships with its customers. They are in charge of building strong long-term relationships with existing clients and also find potential customers, create new business cases, negotiate interconnection terms and sign for new customers.

Job Duties:

· Generate sales among client accounts

· Operates as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

· Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts

· Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion

· Forecasts, tracks and preparing reports for client account metrics

· Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients

· Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

· Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients

· Service multiple clients concurrently

· Keep records of client transactions

Required Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills, be able to interact with international customers and work with a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds

· Ability to establish a good business relationship

· Talent for Influencing Client Management

· Ability to manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously while paying strict attention to details

· Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

· Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

· Good time management skills and ability to prioritize among competing tasks

· Excellent communications skills and ability to work within a team

· Excellent listening and negotiation skills

· Excellent knowledge of English language. Knowledge of other language is a plus

· Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use the internet

· Experience in Telecom Sales / Account Management / Carrier Relations Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive is a plus
