شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented Product Designer to help us build and scale our Health-Tracking & Wellness platform. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex health data, user logs, and medical metrics into intuitive, accessible, and feasible digital experiences for both consumers and medical specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process for complex dashboards, web panels, and mobile apps in the healthcare domain.
Translate dense medical and health-tracking data into clean, functional, and easy-to-understand visualizations.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback from patients and healthcare providers.
Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure technical feasibility, clear UI handoffs, and release timelines.
Maintain and scale our Design System to ensure consistency across web and mobile interfaces.

Technical & Professional Requirements

3+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a strong emphasis on complex SaaS platforms, data-heavy dashboards, or healthcare/fintech products.
Mastery of Figma (advanced auto-layout, interactive variables, components, variants, and design token management).-
Information Architecture & Systems Thinking: Demonstrated capability to organize dense, multi-layered data structures into logical visual hierarchies.-
Engineering Alignment: Solid understanding of technical constraints, API-driven UI states (loading, empty, error, sync delays), and modern web/mobile design feasibility.-
Data Visualization Expertise: Deep understanding of visual chart patterns, dashboard usability heuristics, and quantitative data presentation.-
Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive case study portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem-solving, user flows, wireframes, technical handoff methodologies, and final UI execution (Case studies are mandatory).
