About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, self-driven Business Development, Marketing & Copywriting Specialist to help grow our company. This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine business development, marketing, copywriting, and client communication to generate opportunities and strengthen our brand presence.

You’ll work closely with our team while leveraging our existing network to identify opportunities, build relationships, create compelling content, and help bring in new projects.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Build relationships with potential clients and partners.

Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations in English.

Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to follow-up.

Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.

Create clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, LinkedIn, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence through consistent, high-quality content.

Support and improve the website, ensuring content remains accurate and up to date.

Review marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and documents for quality, accuracy, consistency, and tone of voice.

Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Take ownership of assigned tasks without requiring constant follow-up.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Development, Marketing, Copywriting, or a related role.

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), with confidence in leading meetings with international clients.

Experience in sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and copywriting.

Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media strategy.

Experience managing LinkedIn for business growth.

Strong attention to detail and excellent quality control skills.

Highly organized, responsible, and self-motivated.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

A portfolio or examples of previous work is required.

Nice to Have
Experience working with international clients.

Familiarity with website content management (WordPress or similar CMS).

Experience working with service-based businesses or digital agencies.

Experience writing copy for B2B brands, landing pages, or lead generation campaigns.

Working Schedule

Monday through Friday
