About the Role

At Cloudinator, we’re looking for a Senior Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in shaping our Cloud offerings. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about delivering high-performance, scalable cloud solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Collaboration
    • Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineers (especially in India) to understand their needs.
    • Translate these insights into actionable product requirements.
  2. Vision and Roadmap
    • Define a clear vision, roadmap, and backlog for our cloud-based products, focusing on Cloud solutions.
    • Communicate these effectively to both the product team and management.
  3. Agile Product Development
    • Manage the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch.
    • Utilize agile methodologies and tools to ensure the timely delivery of features.
  4. User Stories and Prioritization
    • Craft user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
    • Prioritise features based on business value and customer feedback.
  5. Quality Assurance
    • Oversee product quality, performance, and user satisfaction.
    • Identify and address any issues or risks swiftly to maintain high standards.
  6. Market Insights
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimise and improve our Cloud products.
  7. Technology Exploration
    • Stay updated on the latest Cloud technologies, best practices, and emerging trends.
    • Explore innovative opportunities for growth and expansion.
  8. Agile Execution


    • Break down complex problems into actionable steps.
    • Keep product development aligned with strategic objectives and long-term goals.

Requirements

  • Educational Background
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience & Expertise
    • 3+ years as a product owner, product manager, or a similar role in the Cloud or web development industry.
    • Strong technical acumen with an ability to communicate effectively with engineers and developers.
    • Deep understanding of Cloud concepts like caching, load balancing, edge computing, and security.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills(especially in English).
    • Strong English language skills to collaborate effectively with our international teams (especially in India).
    • Customer-oriented mindset, advocating for end-users’ needs.
  • Additional Abilities
    • Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
    • Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Familiarity with relevant standards, protocols, and APIs.

Advantageous Skills

  • Proven track record of launching and growing successful cloud products (e.g., CDN, IaaS).
  • Deep knowledge of the Indian markets, customer segments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience integrating third-party cloud products (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS, Azure).
  • Completion of the PMBok course or other project management certifications.
