شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Responsibilities: As a Product Owner/Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our CDN offerings to markets outside of Iran. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineers (especially in India and UAE) to deeply understand their needs. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Vision and Roadmap: Define a clear vision, roadmap, and backlog for our cloud-based products, with a special focus on CDN solutions. Communicate these effectively to both the product team and management.
  • Agile Product Development: Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. Leverage agile methodologies and tools to keep things moving swiftly.
  • User Stories and Prioritization: Craft user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases. Prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee product quality, performance, and user satisfaction. Swiftly identify and address any issues or risks.
  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve our products.
  • Technology Exploration: Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in the CDN domain. Explore new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Agile Execution: Break down complex problems into actionable steps. Keep product development moving swiftly toward our long-term goals.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or in a similar role within the cloud or web development industry.
  • A solid understanding of cloud and CDN concepts, technologies, and architectures, including caching, load balancing, edge computing, and security.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and developers.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, advocating for end-users’ needs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards, protocols, and APIs.
Advantageous Skills: While not mandatory, the following skills would be advantageous: 

  • Proven track record of launching and growing successful cloud products in markets.
  • Knowledge of markets outside of Iran, customer segments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with at least one cloud provider (e.g. Cloudflare, AWS, Azure, ...).
