What does an IT Project Manager do in Vasna?

An IT Project Manager’s job is to plan, organize, execute and manage technical projects to ensure they run smoothly and in time. These professionals must be aware of client needs, company goals, and team coordination to bring a project to completion. In Vasna we work with some external teams in the field of software and design to deliver customer needs. So in this position, you must know how to communicate with the team and the customer, and the account manager to run the project correctly.

Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

Specify the project scope and project objectives
Get estimated time and cost from teams for each project
Communicating with the dev team and account manager to be on plan
Transfer the points to your manager regarding each project in the proposal stage
Prepares and completes action plans.
Monitor the implementation, work efficiency, and quality of output to achieve the items agreed in the contract and Vasna's standards
Monitor team activities and report to the manager and account manager
Solve issues and problems that occur during the project
Monitor the status of the project at each stage using the available tools and notify the manager in Critical conditions
Document all meetings and approve proceedings with the account manager and team
Alert in emergency status
