شرح موقعیت شغلی

What You'll Be Doing
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the heart of our development and operations processes — designing and maintaining infrastructure, streamlining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure, and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain DevOps practices, tools, and infrastructure across environments.
Develop and manage CI/CD workflows using GitLab and ArgoCD.
Build and maintain Kubernetes-based container orchestration systems.
Automate configuration, deployment, and environment management using Ansible and scripting.
Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and availability of the organization's software systems and infrastructure, and identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues.
Implement and maintain automated testing, monitoring, and logging tools to ensure software quality, security, and operational efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to development, testing, and operations teams on DevOps best practices, tools, and technologies.
Create and maintain technical documentation for procedures, configs, and workflows.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to software development and operations.


Qualifications:
Strong skills in containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with scripting and programming languages, such as Bash and Golang.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and ArgoCD.
Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Familiarity with Stream Processing (e.g.,  Apache NiFi)
Familiarity with relational & non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, redis) and OLAP databases (ClickHouse)
Familiarity with Kafka or other event streaming platforms.
Familiarity with Java and Next.js will be a plus.
Familiarity with testing tools such as sonarqube will be plus.
