Requirement

Increase team efficiency and predictability
Bring disclosure and transparency throughout all levels of the enterprise to help foster trust
Experience working with agile software development teams and managing project deadlines
Monitor project metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, or cumulative flow diagrams to provide visibility into the project's progress

Familiarity or experience with other agile methodologies such as kanban
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile processes and values

Key responsibilities

Facilitating Scrum Events: The Scrum Master ensures that all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, are effectively organized and facilitated.
· Removing Obstacles: Scrum Masters identify and remove obstacles or blockers that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Ensuring Transparency: They ensure transparency by helping the team maintain clear and visible artifacts like the product backlog, Sprint backlog, and burndown charts.
Collaboration: They facilitate collaboration and communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
Stakeholder Engagement: They engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure the product is meeting business needs.

Documentation and Reporting: Scrum Masters may be responsible for maintaining Agile project management tools, documenting Agile metrics, and generating relevant reports.
