Looking for an experienced Senior SEO Expert to spearhead on-site, off-site, and technical enhancements for our clients' websites at VArgo. Join our team and thrive in optimizing global projects, amplifying search traffic and visibility worldwide.

▶ Job purpose
Increasing search traffic and visibility by handling on-site, off-site or technical improvements for VArgo clients’ websites.

▶ Job Description

As a Senior SEO Expert, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks to enhance search rankings and drive organic growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

Optimizing target pages on clients' websites by considering all on-site SEO factors and different page layouts.
Implementing various methods to acquire high-quality backlinks, such as outreach, identifying free publishers, and exploring suitable techniques.
Providing suggestions and prioritizing technical SEO improvements for clients' development teams, overseeing their implementation.
Monitoring website traffic for both clients and competitors, conducting thorough research to enhance SEO strategies for improved results.

▶ Role Details

- General:

Conducting in-depth keyword research for various SEO purposes.
Performing comprehensive competitor research to identify best practices and measure assets required for successful competition.
Monitoring website traffic from search results and developing strategies based on ongoing changes, ensuring faster and more effective SEO results.
Administering web analytics dashboards and generating reports to track crucial SEO metrics, providing insights to the team and clients.

- On-site & Content:

Auditing on-site content to apply best practices and optimize its effectiveness.
Regularly publishing blog content to increase search presence.
Conducting competitor research to identify and apply on-site SEO best practices.
Recommending additional content for pages to enhance overall quality.
Identifying and suggesting new UI elements to improve readability and user experience.

- Off-site & Link Building:

Developing effective link-building strategies and generating high-quality backlinks at scale.
Conducting thorough research for link-building opportunities across the web and analyzing competitors' backlink profiles to identify optimal sources.
Collaborating with media/website owners, influencers, journalists, and bloggers to obtain valuable backlinks and increase domain authority.

- Technical SEO:

Creating technical improvement roadmaps and overseeing their implementation to enhance search presence.

▶ Technical Requirements

Excellent understanding of SEO factors and signals.
Advanced skills in link building, content marketing, on-site, and technical SEO.
Proficiency in SEO analytics, data analysis, and reporting.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and working with content management systems (CMSs).
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
Strong internet research skills.

▶ General Requirements

Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines within a fully remote team.
Collaborative attitude for seamless communication and teamwork.
Minimum of two years of experience successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.

▶ Duties & Accountabilities:

Delivering the agreed-upon hours of "dedicated work" per week and month.
Meeting weekly and monthly targets for generating quality backlinks.
Publishing the designated number of blog posts adhering to SEO standards.
Generating regular reports on content production, off-site, and technical SEO processes.
Preparing measurable progress reports for clients.
Completing assigned tasks promptly and maintaining instructed standards.

▶ Working Conditions

Participating in daily catch-up meetings, weekly team meetings, and other necessary gatherings.
Operating within "shared working time" as agreed upon.
Adhering to agreed-upon working hours.
