Social Media Manager (Web3)

Minimum Requirements:

Keen interest in Crypto, Blockchain, Defi, NFTs, and Metaverse is required.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Advertising Agencies' and Crypto companies' experience is highly preferred.

What is the Purpose of the Role

Head up Unidef's digital and social strategy for Web3, Metaverse. Helping build internal expertise across Web3, and acting as a key advisor across the Unidef organization for brands with Web3 ambitions.

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)

Help build the Unidef Social & Performance business both in revenue and capability across the Unidef Organization.
Lead, grow, and manage strategy for key regional and global accounts across social, content, and creative.
Social and digital planning and strategy development
Identify opportunities to enhance our clients’ businesses and grow our own revenue through farming opportunities
Manage direct and indirect team members, providing mentorship and guidance
Play strategic leadership role across the Social & Performance team, driving growth of strategic abilities
Develop, nurture and influence relationships across the Unidef Organization to ensure growth across the business
Lead thought leadership by developing and presenting our point of view on social, digital, and web3/metaverse

What We Look for in You

Must-Have

Be fluent in English with strong copy-editing skills
Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Have 6+ years developing and executing social media programs in an agency environment OR in a digital agency environment
Have a lucid point of view on how social media should be integrated into the business process
Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Have excellent talent management skills
Think critically and creatively, meaning the ability to think clearly and rationally, solve problems, and develop new and useful possibilities
Plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion
Work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced work environment
Collaborate with colleagues in different countries and appreciate cultural differences
Be passionate about social media and word of mouth marketing

Nice to Have

Previous experience working in a multinational business.
Previous work experience or personal interest in the crypto/blockchain space.
Comfortable using decentralized Crypto software such as Metamask, DEXs LiquidityPools, etc.
Practical knowledge of finance, asset management, and CEXs is also a plus.
Models and coaches team how to effectively manage and influence clients to solutions that best meet client’s business needs and are aligned with our capabilities to effectively and efficiently deliver
Having a strong grasp of local languages such as Turkish, Persian, Russian, Ukrainian, and Arabic is plus.
