شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to each platform.

·       Align strategies with marketing and business objectives.

·       Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.

·       Write compelling and on-brand captions and copy.

·       Maintain a content calendar for all platforms.

·       Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and address inquiries in a timely manner.

·       Foster a sense of community and increase follower interaction.

·       Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging tools.

·       Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance social media performance.

·       Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetics across all social media platforms.

·       Maintain up-to-date profiles with accurate information.


Requirements:

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.

Proven experience managing professional social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media management tools.

Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or LinkedIn Analytics.

Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles.

Knowledge of influencer marketing.

Experience in a related industry or similar companies is a plus. 

Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of trends in digital marketing.
