شرح موقعیت شغلی

· Job Description

· Sourcing (finding new sources and development of supply chain)

· Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best offer among potential suppliers

· Purchase order preparation and placing orders to suppliers

· Purchasing raw material, pharmaceutical machinery, spare parts, and services (ordering, payment, shipment, transporting, and resolving issues).

· Expertise in the trade portals: NTSW, EPL, TTAC, WMS, Behinyab etc.

· Handle all necessary documentation from Proforma Invoice to shipping documents and logistic issues

· Plan and coordinate all activities of custom clearance

· Be up to date on current laws, regulations and anticipate changes if required in working areas (such as import and custom affairs)

· Familiarity with MOH and MOC rules and regulations for importation

· Familiar with payment documents such as Bank forms for L/C, TT and related regulations

Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or other related fields.

· Minimum 5-year experience in International purchasing businesses

· Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills

· Have a good command of computer skills (MS Office, Photoshop, Outlook, and Internet)

· Fluent in English and Excellent oral or written communication skills

· Gender preference: Female
