Job Description: As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our microservices-based architecture. Your role will involve implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using microservice architecture.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code following Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture and experience in implementing microservices.
  • Proficiency in Docker and containerization technologies.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases, including graph databases, document databases, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills and Technologies (Willing to Learn):

  • Experience or interest in working with the FastAPI framework.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB and interest in learning its application.
  • Willingness to learn Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Interest in exploring Neo4j and its applications as a graph database.
  • Enthusiasm to adopt GitOps practices for continuous delivery.
