شرح موقعیت شغلی

Taline is a leading fintech platform in Iran, making gold investment simple, secure, and accessible for everyone. We are seeking a talented and efficient Mid-level Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this role, you will be the engine of our visual content production, responsible for the hands-on creation of high-quality graphics for our marketing and PR activities, including social media, digital ads, event materials, and other promotions. You will work closely with the Senior Designer to bring our brand and campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Graphics: Design engaging and on-brand daily/weekly graphics for our social media channels (Instagram posts & stories, etc.) based on the content calendar.
  • Digital Ad Creatives: Create a variety of static and animated (GIF) banners for our performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for conversion.
  • PR & Event Graphic Support: Design and execute all graphic materials required for events, exhibitions, and conferences, including roll-up banners, stands, brochures, and print advertisements. Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors.
  • Marketing Asset Creation: Design visuals for blog articles, infographics, and other promotional materials as needed.
  • File Preparation & Organization: Prepare, optimize, and export final design files for both digital and print platforms. Maintain an organized archive of all design assets.
  • Revisions & Iterations: Quickly and accurately apply feedback from the Marketing Manager or Senior Designer to refine designs.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure all visual needs are met in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:


  • +2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating high-quality graphics for social media and digital advertising.
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, layout, and typography for digital media.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
  1. Experience creating simple animations (GIFs) is a plus.
