شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:


We are seeking a mid-level Product Designer with specialized experience in finance and investment to join our design team. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to develop and enhance the user experience of our financial and investment products. This role involves working on the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to final implementation and post-launch optimization.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define and develop features for financial and investment products.
  • Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize ideas and design solutions.
  • Analyze and understand user needs through data and user research to optimize the user experience.
  • Participate in feedback sessions and continuously improve design processes.
  • Provide design recommendations based on market analysis, competitor research, and design trends in finance and investment.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
  • Maintain design standards and create a cohesive and effective user experience.
Required Skills and Experience:


  • A maximum of 3 years of experience in product design, preferably in the finance and investment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of UX and UI principles.
  • Proficiency in using Figma to create interactive wireframes and prototypes.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams to manage design projects.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to improve the user experience.
  • Familiarity with current trends in finance, fintech, and investment markets.
  • High creativity and attention to detail in design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative design solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present designs to various stakeholders
