We are seeking a talented and organized Agile Project Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding software solutions and captivating videos.

Responsibilities:

Agile Project Management - Software Development:
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development projects, implementing Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery.
- Utilize Scrum and Lean principles to optimize project workflows and foster collaboration.
- Employ Agile tools including Jira and Kanban boards to visualize and manage work progress effectively.
- Oversee development sprints, backlog management, and release planning.
Agile Project Management - Video Production:
- Apply Agile practices to the video production process, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely delivery of captivating video content.
- Coordinate closely with video production specialists, scriptwriters, and creative teams.
Timeline Management:
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for both software development and video production projects.
- Monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to keep projects on track.
Resource Allocation:
- Allocate resources thoughtfully, ensuring optimal utilization of tools, equipment, and personnel for software development and video production.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of quality for software solutions and video content.
- Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure that the final products meet our standards and resonate with our audience.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges for both software development and video production projects.
- Develop contingency plans and strategies to mitigate risks and address unforeseen obstacles.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project progress and addressing inquiries.
Budget Monitoring:
- Collaborate with financial teams to monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and content creation techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Agile project management, preferably with a focus on software development.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate collaboration.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Lean principles.
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management.
Familiarity with the use of Kanban boards and other Agile tools.
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple software projects and video production simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
