شرح موقعیت شغلی

As we continue to explore the possibilities of this dynamic field, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Printing Specialist who can bring our ideas to life through precise and high-quality 3D prints.

Responsibilities:

  1. 3D Printing Operations:
    • Operate and maintain 3D printers, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning properly.
    • Prepare print files, set printing parameters, and monitor the printing process for accuracy and quality.
  2. Material Selection and Testing:
    • Select appropriate printing materials based on project requirements and desired outcomes.
    • Conduct material testing to optimize print quality, strength, and durability.
  3. Quality Control:
    • Perform post-printing finishing tasks such as cleaning, sanding, and painting to achieve the desired final appearance.
    • Inspect and evaluate finished prints for defects and imperfections, making necessary adjustments.
  4. Troubleshooting:
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the printing process, such as layer adhesion problems or printer malfunctions.
    • Implement solutions to resolve technical challenges and maintain print quality.
  5. Project Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and ensure successful 3D print outcomes.
  6. Innovation and Research:
    • Stay informed about the latest advancements in 3D printing technology, materials, and techniques.
    • Experiment with new approaches and materials to push the boundaries of what's possible.
  7. Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of printing parameters, material usage, and project outcomes.
    • Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a 3D Printing Specialist or in a related role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining 3D printers, including knowledge of different printer models and their specific requirements.
  • Understanding of 3D printing materials, their properties, and applications.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure precise and accurate prints.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in the printing process.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Creativity and curiosity to explore new techniques and materials.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
Other working conditions:

Working hours are from Saturday to Wednesday from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 90-minute shift possibility.
Working hours on Thursdays are from 08:00 to 12:30, with a possible 90-minute shift.
