شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with expertise in Agile methodologies, project management tools like Jira and Confluence, and a passion for both software projects and 3D models video content creation.


Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Product Leadership:
    • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software projects and video clip initiatives that align with business objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to guide product decisions.
  2. Agile Methodologies and Practices:
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring teams follow Agile frameworks effectively.
    • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
  3. Requirements Management:
    • Elicit, document, and prioritize complex user stories and requirements for software and 3D model video projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
    • Maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog, regularly refining and reprioritizing based on changing priorities.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with development, design, QA, content creators, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products and engaging 3D model clips.
    • Provide clear guidance, remove obstacles, and ensure consistent communication among team members.
  5. Release Planning and Execution:
    • Plan and oversee software releases and 3D model clip launches, coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
    • Monitor release progress, manage risks, and ensure each release meets quality standards.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, gathering feedback, and keeping them informed of project progress and changes.
  7. 3D model Clip Project Management:
    • Apply your product ownership skills to the 3D model clip project, ensuring alignment with content creation, editing, and promotion strategies.
    • Collaborate with videographers, video editors, and content specialists to deliver captivating 3D model clips.
  8. Tools and Processes:
    • Utilize Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with teams.
    • Continuously improve Agile processes, introducing new methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Product Owner in software projects and content creation, with a strong command of Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects and content initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to synthesize complex requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strategic thinking, with the capability to align product strategy with business objectives and market trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project dynamics.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
