شرح موقعیت شغلی

Ticka is seeking for a smart, data driven and motivated R&D Specialist, Who's instrumental in development of new and existing products, UX and implementation of coherent and scalable development and testing processes based on valid and reliable researches

Responsibilities

Determining, executing and monitoring research and development strategies, policies and plans

Developing and implementing research projects, priorities and targets to support commercial and policy developments

Assessing the benefits, monitoring the costs and effectiveness of research and development activities

Interpreting results of research projects and recommending associated product and service development innovation

Risk assessment by monitoring market and competitor analysis

Knowledge management and documentation of all researches and developments

Requirements

Mastery in market research and competitor analysis

Familiar with marketing and sales, Business Development and fast growing business

Advance knowledge of all major MS office products – Excel, Power Point, Word

Agile and energetic

Strong interpersonal skills and able to connect with all levels of individuals

At Least Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Two years related experience required

Fluent in English -at least in Reading and Writing

Office Located in Tehran

Preferred Age: 24-32

* Location: Shariati St and Dowlat St junction with easy access to Qolhak subway
