Job Description

Provides pricing analysis for management
Monitors and update commercial price lists
Validates sales quotations for accuracy and profitability
Consults with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals
Performs competitor analysis on similar products and services
Scopes out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition
Communicates findings effectively to relevant departments of the company
Defines KPIs at the level of organizational units and occupations
Prepares monthly and weekly sales reports for the management
Participates in Business Planning preparation
Assists in the development of long-term and short term goals and strategic objectives
Dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance
Creates & monitors budget distribution, annual sales budgeting & targeting
Prepare reports on sales trends, finances and general business conditions.
Forecasting and analyzing sales trends, finances and general business conditions.
Prepare and submit reports required by the sales team
Prepare and submit periodic reports on performance indicators and sales team evaluation.
Collaborate in preparing and submitting market analysis reports to the sales and marketing team
Calculate sales team rewards in collaboration with the marketing and sales planning team
Expert in ordering

Requirements

Degree: Bachelor Degree in related
MS office software, especially Excel
Skills in software programming
5 years of work experience in analytical, sales analyst or business analyst
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Search, Data Gathering and competitor analysis
Strong analytical and research skills
The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good negotiations and problem-solving skills
Effective reporting and presentation skills
Reporting to sales manager
