Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist & AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and manage AI-driven solutions that enhance organizational productivity, automate business processes, build intelligent AI agents, improve content production workflows, and support multiple departments through advanced artificial intelligence technologies.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Design & Development

Design and develop custom AI agents for various business departments.
Build intelligent AI workflows and automation pipelines.
Design and optimize professional prompts for AI systems.
Develop multi-step AI workflows and autonomous agent architectures.
Identify business processes suitable for AI automation.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
Design end-to-end automation scenarios.
Integrate AI solutions with internal systems and business tools.
Develop automated workflows to streamline operations.
Reduce repetitive manual tasks through intelligent automation.
Optimize internal business processes using AI technologies.
Propose innovative AI-driven solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
Evaluate the effectiveness of AI automations and continuously optimize their performance.
Maintain and improve AI systems through continuous iteration and enhancement.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency with Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and similar tools.
Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering principles and best practices.
Proven experience in designing and developing AI Agents.
Strong knowledge of AI workflow automation concepts.
Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
Ability to design and implement multi-step AI workflows.
Familiarity with AI model APIs and API integrations.
Strong analytical skills to transform business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
Experience with AI image and video generation tools.
Good understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Memory architectures, and intelligent agent design.
Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
Ability to evaluate, compare, and adopt emerging AI technologies and tools.

Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI agents.
Experience implementing AI automation solutions within organizations.
Familiarity with Python for automation and AI integrations.
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
Experience building RAG-based systems and Knowledge Bases.
Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Experience using Git and maintaining technical documentation.
Experience delivering AI training sessions and mentoring teams.
Familiarity with project management platforms.
Previous experience working in technology companies, fintech organizations, or startups.
