شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are a SaaS company offering a Product Life Cycle Management system (SeedSoft) to the Seeds Industry. We're currently in-between the start-up and scale-up phases.
We seek a full-time Agile Project Manager to support and organize our software development team in Mashad.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the plan, sprints, etc.
• Responsible for overall product development process based on input from Product Lead
• Ensures 24/365 availability of the system, back-ups, compliance with data protection policies and others
• Coordinates the developer's team (incl. admin) and the development process
• Co -tests new functions
• Together with Product Manager responsible for product manual
• Drives the processes and WoW (on technical side)

Skills:
• Experience in managing agile software projects (+agile coaching)
• Strong English and Farsi (company language is English)
• Enough understanding of software development to be able to be a partner for the developers • Strong sense of accountability • Diligence, exceptional time management, attention to details and organizational skills • Great communication skills • Ability to put pressure without being threatening
