We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior iOS Developer to join our company as the first iOS developer. Responsibilities:

iOS Application Development: Lead the development and implementation of iOS applications from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality and performance while meeting project deadlines.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise in iOS development, guiding the team and making architectural decisions to ensure best practices and optimal app performance.
Team Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver cohesive and intuitive user experiences across our mobile applications.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and enforce best coding practices. Ensure the reliability and robustness of the iOS applications through comprehensive testing and debugging.
Innovation and Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development, evaluate emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our mobile applications.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, system architecture, and troubleshooting guides. Share knowledge and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:

Proven Experience:
 Minimum of 4  years of professional experience in iOS development, with a strong portfolio of iOS applications developed and launched.
Leadership Skills: Ability to take ownership of projects and lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Proficiency in iOS Development: Expertise in Swift and Objective-C programming languages, along with in-depth knowledge of iOS frameworks and SDKs.
Architecture and Design: Experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and robust iOS applications, following best practices and design patterns.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges and find innovative solutions.
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide clear documentation.
Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the iOS development ecosystem and a desire to continuously improve your skills.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
