Are you an expert in digital arts with knockout collaborative and interpersonal skills?
Can you create custom graphics and animations that ensure effective knowledge transfer and retention?
Are you efficient at using 2D/3D motion graphics tools?

We are looking for a gifted Motion Graphics Designer, who can create highly engaging complex animations and videos for a diverse array of media.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, highly self-motivated, have top-notch communication skills, and display exceptional organizational skills. Come show us what you’ve got!

Responsibilities
- Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, marketing demos, etc.)
- Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic project.
- Create and deliver motion graphics in various media.
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
- Work with the Art director and other designers to ensure all creative assets meet standards and create quality videos.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.

Requirements
- A passion for bringing impact to communication through motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in motion graphics at a brand, production company, ad agency, design studio, or similar.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in After Effects 2D/3D motion graphics (Cinema 4D and Blender a plus).
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects.
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively.
- Willing to sometimes work overtime when under tight deadlines.
- Organized and can prioritize effectively.
- Video production experience a plus.
