Job Description

As the Product Director ! you will be responsible for developing and implementing the product strategy for our product. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

● Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for our product customer experience, including product vision, feature prioritization, and product development process.
● Define customer needs and behaviors, and use data-driven insights to drive product innovation and improvements.
● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features, and ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
● Use data and analytics to monitor and optimize the performance of our customer.

Skills And Qualifications

● 3+ years of product management experience in e-commerce startups.
● Proven experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
● Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors and experience using customer insights to inform product development.
● Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with other teams.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to drive product decisions.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
● Experience managing and developing a team of product managers.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
