شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an eager Junior System Administrator for our infrastructure team. The Junior Systems Administrator is a key member of the infrastructure team, which supports corporate physical and virtual infrastructure. This position requires a good understanding and experience in virtualization, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Linux, SAN, NAS, backup & restore, computer networks and monitoring services.



Duties and Responsibilities


· Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux operating systems.


·  Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls


·  Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, optimize resource utilization, and perform necessary upgrades and patches


· Collaborate with other IT teams to plan, deploy, and maintain applications, services, and updates


· Ensure system and data integrity through regular audits, monitoring, and security measures


·  Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, connectivity, virtualization, and security systems


  • Help with troubleshooting, root cause identification, and technical support
  • Manage corporate storage, backup and recovery
  • Manage and maintain antivirus infrastructure
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices related to infrastructure systems engineering.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains in infrastructure management.
 


Required Qualifications and Experience 


·         +3 years of proven production experience in at least three of the below criteria:


o   Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining a VMware ESXi / vCenter cluster environment - Upgrading, Patching and Storage Management (VCP level)


o   Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, DNS and WSUS (MCSA level)


o   Hands-on experience with Linux operation system and scripting – Preferably CentOS and Ubuntu (LPIC-1 level)


o   Working knowledge of HPE ProLiant servers, storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS) and backup/recovery solutions – preferably Veeam


o   Hands-on experience configuring monitoring systems - preferably PRTG and Zabbix


o   Proficiency in network administration, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, and VPN technologies (CCNA level)


·  University Qualifications: BSc or Master in Computer, IT or related fields


·   Ability to work 24*7 (on-call: remote or on-site in emergency cases) 


· Be a team player


·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


·  Exceptional documentation skills


·  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities


·  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively


·  Having at least a relevant certification is mandatory


· Military Service Status: Done or Exemption for male applicants is mandatory


·  Ideal Age Range: 25 – 35


· English skills: Ability to read and translate technical documents


·   Experience working in a datacenter/NOC environment would be considered a plus
