Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product teams, customers and fellow UX designers to improve our UX applications (end customer and B2B).
Creating designs for web, desktop, and mobile.
Meet with stakeholders to gather information about their requirements.
Engage with the development team to understand platform capabilities, communicate design specifications, support agile development, present high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the customer for review/iteration/approval.
Take on difficult design challenges such as visualization of complex data, rich interactivity in a domain dominated by data tables and spreadsheets.
Drive common look and feel across a diverse product portfolio by building and maintaining the Tecnotree UI component library and providing internal UX training to R&D teams.
Must be able to translate business requirements into personas, user journeys, task flows, wireframes and Mockup prototypes that are intuitive and have a visual impact.
Expected to design the overall functionality of the products, Iterate designs in order to ensure the best user experience.
Facilitate discussions between technology UX and business teams on a day-to-day basis. Work in complete tandem with business and technology teams.
Responsible to drive the requirements right from business to a pixel perfect output delivered from the Development teams.
Work on both redesigning legacy applications or work on completely new applications and concepts.

Desired Skills:

3+ years of UX design experience for both end customers and professional B2B users. With experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
Expertise in standard UX software such as Axure, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and CS tools and the like is a must.
Must have the ability to convert the concept wireframes to multiple visually appealing concepts         
Must have worked on cross-platform applications, Mobile and web responsive environments
Must be able to articulate the designs, its benefits and effectiveness of the designs to all stakeholders
Ability to generate multiple visual concepts in a short span of time.
Skills and willingness to lead from the front via the hands-on implementation of prototypes, proof-of-concept pilots and best practice library examples.
Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.  AngularJS is a plus.

Minimum Educational Qualification/ Years of Experience

·         Bachelor/Master in Computer Science

·         3 to 6 Years of relevant experience
