شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description: Tech Support Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Engineer to join our team, focusing on BSS solutions within the billing and customer care domain. As part of our MSO support team, you will manage Tecnotree applications, ensuring effective communication with customers and providing on-time resolution in collaboration with both offshore and onsite teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: Record, diagnose, and analyze problems, issues, and defects, ensuring timely resolution within SLA. Take ownership of tickets from reporting to resolution.
  • Application Support: Perform application maintenance, including providing necessary logs to L3/SME teams and supporting diagnostics for reported issues.
  • Reporting & Communication: Regularly report the status of open, in-progress, and resolved tickets to higher-level managers. Maintain proactive communication internally and externally.
Required Skills:

  • Database Management: Proficiency in SQL, MongoDB Query Language, Cassandra DB, and MySQL.
  • Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of UNIX and WebLogic/Java basics.
  • Scripting: Experience with shell scripting.
  • Teamwork & Analytical Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Containerization Tools: Familiarity with containers, Dockers, and Ranchers is advantageous.
Preferred Skills:

  • Telecom BSS Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge in Telecom BSS is highly desirable.
Essential Functions:

  • Record, diagnose, and analyze issues, ensuring they are resolved within SLA.
  • Provide corrective fixes, remove data errors, and support application maintenance.
  • Ensure thorough communication with offshore/onsite teams and proactive reporting to stakeholders.
