Senior Business Analyst (3 – 10 Years) Job Description
The Solution Consultant will be responsible for architecting solutions, performing requirement compliances to products, conducting product demonstrations & providing technical inputs towards proposals. Provide technical support to the sales team by way of subject matter expertise in products/technologies and by possessing knowledge of competitive products and technologies.

Develop constructive partnership with potential and existing customers through which new revenue streams can be created for Tecnotree.

Job Role

Develop knowledge of domain, product, process and technology that are required to build knowledge of the competitive landscape.

•  Collates, design and deliver technical/commercial/business presentation on products & services using attractive visual aids.

•  Explains product capabilities and implementation approach with multiple solution options including techno-commercial requirements to customers

•  Engage internal stakeholders for building solutions and demonstrating Product Demos to customers.

•  Works with sales representatives with little supervision to define sales and technical strategies in dealing with the client.



•  Researches, composes and delivers responses to Opportunities and RFX’s.

•  Preparation and Maintenance of various Collaterals as needed for Presales, Sales and Business development areas.

•  Define End-to-End Business and functional solutions to support Telecom and Digital products & services

•  Continuous customer engagements in Pre-Sales and Post Sales process

•  To prepare and review external/internal presentations, flows, solutions, documentation, and other necessary documents that are requested at various times by different stakeholders

•  Convert business needs to clear technical specification & define a clear scope of deliverables from different entities to meet the business requirement

•  Interact with the technical team and provide necessary support to understand the requirement throughout the solution delivery lifecycle

•  Work with different geographical teams to architect solutions for different customers.

•  Think out of the box and come with creative solutions maximizing the available resources and minimizing the impact on the environment.

•  Influence decisions and requirements from all involved entities to meet the business requirement in the most optimal and flexible manner.

•  Work in an international environment with stakeholders from multiple ethnicities.

Knowledge of Telco BSS/OSS domain focused on one or more of CRM, Billing, Charging, Product Catalog, Order Management, Provisioning, API Gateway, and digital commerce solutions

•  High degree of customer management skills.

•  Strong Analytical, facilitation, consultation, presentation and convening skills.

•  Strong Interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and productive relationships.

•  Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•  Flexibility to work as per different time zones to support global sales.

•  Flexible to Travel domestic & international as per business requirement

•  Good and effective Oral and written communication skills

•  Excellent time management and organizational skills.

•  Teamwork is a must.

•  Able to take up increasing levels of responsibility

•  Willingness to put extra effort and take up challenges

•  Work on aggressive timelines.

 

Skills Must Have

Knowledge of Telco BSS/OSS domain focused on one or more of CRM, Billing, Charging, Product Catalog, Order Management, Provisioning, VAS & SDP Solutions, CVM solution API Gateway, and digital commerce solutions

•  Visualize/define solution for customer requirements, independently. Understand pricing and commercial models.

•  High degree of customer management skills.

•  Strong Analytical, facilitation, consultation, presentation and convening skills

Qualifications

Engineering or management degree
