Hiring For Project Manager

Position Overview:

· The successful candidate will become a member of the Revenue Products Group in Tecnotree, a dynamic and innovative team responsible for the development of business critical components for the Tecnotree Digital Product suite

· Technical Project Manager shall manage software development of the product in Safe Agile Software development method which includes PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Tracking through daily stand-up meetings, tracking progress/issues, Conduct Sprint retrospective meetings.

· Ensure collaboration across stake holders are managed with transparency and accuracy.

· Technical Project Manager should be able to manage external communications to stakeholders - such as Solution Consulting, pre-sales, delivery teams - on Releases, Roadmaps, Progress of releases

Experience: 3-10 years

Must Skills

· Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

· Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

Direct work experience in project management capacity

· Proven experience in people management and strategic planning

· Proven experience in risk management and change management

· Proficient in project management software

· Proven experience in practicing software engineering

· Should have exposure to CMMI practices and used in projects.

· Advantage if worked with in Telco and BSS/OSS implementation/transformation projects

· Able to coordinate and manage multiple vendors including managing customers' expectations.

· Have a technical analysis and ensuring collaboration between teams

Also have the ability to run Scrums cross functional teams

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the planning and implementation of projects

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

· Familiar with Software development cycle based on Agile (Backlog grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective)

· Define project tasks and resource requirements

· Develop full scale project plans

· Manage project budget

· Manage project resource allocation

Plan and schedule project timelines

· Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

· Provide direction and support to project team and quality assurance

· Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders

Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

· Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

· Project evaluations and assessment of results

· Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualification

A technical qualification is a key requirement for this role, certification in the skill is an advantage. (PMP, Prince2, Project Management)
