Understand users, personas, pains, gains, and insights
Ensure the delivered feature in the software is in the best interest of the end-user in all the aspects and layers of UX principals including:
Visual design, UI and presentation layer
Interaction design
Information architecture
Conceptual design
Plan and implement new designs
Optimize existing user interface designs
Test for intuitiveness and experience
Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
Create prototypes for new product ideas
Test new ideas before implementing
Conduct ongoing user research and innovation
Understanding lean UX principals is a must
Understanding telecom BSS is a plus
Expertise in standard UX software such as Axure, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CS tools and the like is a must
Must have worked on cross-platform applications, Mobile and Web responsive environments
Must be aware of the Design Thinking concepts
