شرح موقعیت شغلی

The social media manager will be responsible for managing all social media channels and will play a coordinating role for the content production team and will support marketing managers to accomplish marketing goals. He/She will be responsible for overseeing a company’s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms and content strategies. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning Social media ads and influencers’ campaigns to build community online. Establishing strong relationships with social media owners is also part of the main duties.

Responsibilities

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preference
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals to accomplish marketing goals and improve company’s brand positions
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Responsible for running influencer marketing campaigns, paid social media campaigns
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Establish relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
