شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Back-End Developer with expertise in Python and FastAPI to join our team. This role is not just about coding; it's about leading and shaping the future of our back-end services. You will play a pivotal role in our development team, driving major projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the highest quality of code.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable back-end services using Python and FastAPI.
  • Lead the back-end team, setting coding standards and reviewing code.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Design and implement efficient RESTful APIs.
  • Work with databases, server-side logic, and integrate with external services.
  • Ensure responsiveness, performance, and scalability of applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose their adoption where beneficial.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in back-end development with a strong proficiency in Python.
  • Extensive experience in microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API development.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. 

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Vue.js).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
