شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train, test, and develop deep neural networks and other machine learning models for image processing and computer vision tasks, using off-the-shelf or custom solutions.
  • Utilize Deep Learning frameworks such as Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to implement and deploy models. Dominate over modern image processing and computer vision algorithms such as image segmentation, object detection, object tracking, and so on.
  • Work with medical images and familiar with Convolution Neural Networks (CNN), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN, LSTM, GRU), Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), Diffusion models, Transfer Learning, or other relevant techniques.
  • Collaborate with the team to attend design meetings, contribute to the implementation of new features, and improve existing ones.
  • Strong software engineering skills to ensure high-quality code and efficient performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in English, presenting your previous works and GitHub page if applicable.
  • Manage and train new employees and interns
  • Research for new algorithms and models
Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Engineering, Medical Physics, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience working as an ML or computer vision scientist/engineer.
  • Dominate over Python and Object Oriented Programming skills.
  • Experience with Management Tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Model Registry and Serving tools, etc.) and operating systems like Linux.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in teams.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to lead and collaborate with teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
  • AI model development and quality assurance with deep learning expertise.
