Testing the costumer software and finding the errors
Delivering the details that make it possible for other colleagues to reproduce the problem with ease on another computer
Suggesting the route-cause of the error to the developer team
Documenting the knowledge that you have gained in this process in our internal Knowledge Base
Requirements
Fluent in English (especially writing skill), other language is a plus
Attentive and detail-oriented
Precise, systematic approach to work
Highly self-motivated
Responsibility to work on support issues from beginning to end
Expert knowledge of C++ programming language
Expert knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
Expert knowledge of VBA and Macros
Enjoy and able to do Home-office works
